Hi’ Its flooded  here in Dinalupihan large vehicles are the only way to get thru the your destination, from Layac to Sta. Isabel, and coincidence It’s my daughter’s  Birthday, the Celebration is in Pampanga. Rain come rain stop, I’m waiting for the rain to stop I have to attend my cute girl Birthday
